I was your brother when we saw ET at the drive in. I flipped out at the chase scene through the woods when I was like 3. ET is a terrifying movie in my book because of that. We didn't get to leave, though. I think that was the only time we ever went to a drive in, so leaving wasn't happening!

Michael Patrick Bilon was from Youngstown, Ohio. He was only 34 inches high and weighed 40 pounds. His ET costume weighed as much as he did. He was tiny, but a big personality here. He was a bouncer at several nightclubs, an undercover agent, and a high school basketball coach. Everyone loved to talk with him and was so happy when Spielberg hired him to be ET. Sadly he died of some type of blood infection when he was only 35.
