Ok, Martha Stewart Really? Anybody else with me on this? If I wanted to see saggy boobs, I will look in the mirror.

I"m fine with Martha and the cover but they are trying to make it "oh, look how amazing she is"....let's see the pre and post editing versions along with the pre and post make up and hairdresser versions if we want to be real. That's why I love Jamie Lee Curtis, she will give you the "real" and the "improved" visuals.

she's this month's swimsuit model in Sports Illustrated. I think it's great! It's about time older women get some attention (she's 81 - and she's looks great!)

Bummer on the tummy troubles but other than that it sounds like a stellar day of relaxation. Enjoy the movie and dinner with the parents (and the movie popcorn). Remind Grim he needs to bring his own salt for the popcorn.

Last minute decision late afternoon yesterday I decided not to do the work dinner cruise. Just didn't feel like getting home at 9pm when I was at work by 7am. I added a yoga workout to my day. I forgot to mention that this weekend I was crouched down with my knees bent for extended periods of time. When I went to stand my left foot was somewhat asleep and I was on soft ground. I ended up twisting my ankle, not just once but repeatedly after that. At yoga I noticed that the left leg was very wobbly, and the ankle felt weak. I have used kinesiology tape on the ankle since but yesterday I wasn't planning on yoga, so I didn't wrap it. I definitely still notice some extra flexibility and laicity of the joint. It doesn't hurt just unstable. So annoying. I do notice it when wearing my work shoes also since they are either block heels or wedges.

I did purchase my Obesity Help conference tickets today. I saw that Southwest airlines has a 25% off sale so I think I can get plane tickets for around $240 roundtrip! Other than CH, anyone else planning on attending?

QOTD: I wash my hair 2-3 times a week. I will use the dry shampoo on occasion. Even with sweating at yoga (I pull my hair back off my face and neck) my hair doesn't get oily or yucky between shampooing. I rarely comb or brush my hair also. I just finger comb my hair. Granted my hair is stick straight (and not very long) before I apply the curling iron to it so I can get away with that. I used to wash daily and blow dry but the hair gets so dry and brittle that way.

Accountability: Ate more of the sf chocolate squares than were allotted.

B: triple zero greek yogurt with berries and keto granola, cold brew with half n half

L: Asian chicken salad with light sesame ginger dressing

D: Berry Chicken lettuce salad with light poppy seed dressing

S: protein frosty, 6 squares sf chocolate

E: 60 min yoga

That's a long day. Glad you don't currently have pain in your knee, even with the issues. I spent 15 minutes doing a little bit of pruning while crouching today...that was a long weekend for you!

Yay for OH tickets! I have mine and the room reserved. I've been watching for flights. Best price is still in and out of LAX, so watching that. Would be much easier to fly into the other airport...but so much more expensive! Would love to know who else is planning on or thinking of joining.:)
