A couple of years ago there was a news story about someone the police had stopped, on suspicion of something or other. The report said that in his vehicle they found duct tape, rope, 3 knives, a shovel, Yada Yada. I followed the list, saying "yup, yup, yup, I got 2 of those, yup, yup."

Bonus points if you have a bunker to go hide in! When I was a new driver in an old car I always had an overnight bag and a milk crate of any liquid my car might run out of. That's as good as I got!
