I have not, though I looked at it. I've been making ginger tea. Have heard good things about Smooth Move. Will revisit. Thank you!

things did sort of shift around for me c. year 3 so I didn't look quite so gaunt (and I sure don't look gaunt now!!! but that's due to some regain, too). But I had a flat butt before and still have a flat butt. I don't think it changed at all. Like Amy, I have to use a cushion. I bought ****yx pillows for both my car and my office chair a few months after surgery. Now that I'm retired, they're both in my car (because my mother appreciates it, and I have to drive her everywhere now). I think I've kind of learned how to sit on my rear end at this new weight because sitting on it for short periods of time (or driving short-ish distances) don't really bother me anymore, but for long drives, that pillow is a godsend!

Thanks for sharing! Sounds like a pillow might be in the cards soon. Was taking selfies with young dog in the recliner the other day and it was a bit of a reality check for how much I've melted, especially with the recent accelerated loss. I'm looking forward to redistribution.

Yeah! I like the challenge, though it helps that he planted himself just so for window viewing. Last year, he couldn't figure out how to fit in that chair with me. There was twice as much of me. Now, it's just assumed that I have a buddy wherever I go. He's always warm, so I'll take it!

Hi love. A very late post for me. This weekend I had an unusual amount of energy and cooked- prepped a bunch of things. I don't mind cooking, love it actually, but the cleaning...it's a *****

The dilemma with your brother and SIL, if it were me, I would keep the kids but allow the adults only visiting the kids daily, at most for 2 hrs, no food for them provided, and the rest of the time, they can do and be anywhere they want but not in our house. They should be cleaning, organizing their crap. Or just sit in that. Not you and your mom.

I hope you got your mom cooperation in the matter. Best wishes.

Dealing with family, people are are entitled is difficult. Very difficult.
