I have one that is parmesan, cream cheese and egg that taste just like potato puffs. When I got the recipe from a friend that used to make them I was shocked there was no potato.

Combine 1 cup parmesan, 1 package cream cheese and two egg yolks. Spoon onto baking sheet and baked in preheated 350 oven for 10-12 minutes. If you are fancy, you could probably pipe whirls with the mix:-)
