You may need sodium - low food volume and simple foods are really really low in sodium- electrolytes. I'm on keto-paleo simple foods and I have to get extra sodium daily. Plus electrolytes- mag, potassium, etc.

I second the sleep in and move your workout to later; you're still healing and rest is so important. I liked the Pines to Peaks series when I did it on the elliptical; good variety of terrains and the instructors were fun.

If the scale is moving, you're healing. That's great news.

Good morning everyone.

I'm pretty sure this pain pump isn't going to work. My feet started swelling and I had a little trouble breathing around 3 this mornin. I only had trouble when I laid down. I did not like this feeling at all. I ended up having a couple of panic attacks. I'm just so sick of my situation. I'm sick of my brother and SIL. My mom is kind of losing her mind about the bad neighbors. I'm so tired.

Not sure what today'll hold.

Trouble breathing? Is that ER-worthy? Sounds scary. That pump seems to be causing you more pain than it's addressing. I'm sorry.

If it had gotten a little worse it would've been. If it hadn't of gone away when I sat up I think I would've been more freaked out.

thanks, it's just something I've got to deal with and I will. Just was upset this morning. I am so sorry you've had to go through what you have too!
