What's on your Tuesday Menu, y'all?

Good morning ~ You left me hanging about your go-to-actor! Otherwise it's great start, Grim. Yesterday was so busy which left me no time to think about food. Thankful for no hunger, still not having any restriction but slowly learning other stop sensations that are very different from what I used to feeling. I did get my yoga in yesterday after work - it was lovely. I also got up at 4 this morning and did another yoga + percussion session. This, even though I had get up in the middle of the night to give our maltipoo a bath after she was sprayed by a skunk. We found out after she jumped on our bed and shared the news. OMG that stench comes in weird intense waves and smells nothing like the skunky weed scent up close. She is too friendly and curious for her own good. Today will be another busy day. Tonight I'm going to dust off the treadmill and find a good series to hike.
QOTD - I used to have many, but now not so much. I do love Liam Neeson and Keanu Reeves - I like rugged good looks. Tom Hanks, Kate Winslet, Robert De Niro...lots.
Accountability - great
b- coffee, protein bar
l- FLP, jello
d- Korean fire chicken - INCREDIBLE - thank you, Jen!!!!
Have a great day!

Doh! I forgot to answer my own question.
I had a dog that got sprayed by a skunk on two different occasions. The second time he was running in circles, like he was trying to get the smell off him. The second I opened the door to see what was going in he flew into the house, rab everywhere, and settled onto the bed. Good times.
It sounds like you are doing well, which is always nice to hear.

When I was a kid our indoor/outdoor kitty got sprayed when she was pregnant and her babies were born with a permanent skunky odor! Kind of funny now but my poor mom was out of her mind at the time.

I would have been out of my mind with that too! I'm still smelling it here and there, even though I am at the office now.

I thought you were getting restriction with the dense proteins? And yay for fire chicken! I'd looked up some recipes and that fateful CT Tuesday I spent time puttering around in an Asian grocery store right up the road from the hospital. They had a couple ingredients that are cheaper than Amazon and can contribute to fire chicken. Someday!

Nope, no restriction that I recognize anyway. I had choked on a pill recently and thought I had restriction but all it ended up being was temporary irritation. I ate 4 ounces of chicken tenders last night and nothing... I will not push beyond that.

Poor Puppy. And Poor Momma. That is one big project to get the scent out. I know of a commercial brand that they sell at tractor supply that works good if you have not concurred it yet.

This is her second skunking and Dawn dish soap worked, thankfully. I'm glad her hair is short right now. I had to put lotion and cortisone on her because it dried out her skin but she is okay now.
