What's on your Wednesday menu?
It's best to go swimming with a seal. If a shark comes by, they'll always go for the actual seal.
6'3" tall, male.
Highest weight was 475. RNY on 08/21/12. Current weight: 198.
M1 -24; M2 -21; M3 -19; M4 -21; M5 -13; M6 -21; M7 -10; M8 -16; M9 -10; M10 -8; M11 -6; M12 -5.
I will bring your suggestion to the jr guard summer camp committee. I'm sure it will be accepted on the spot; from now on, in addition to all the gears that boys and girls need to have for their jr guard sessions, they each need to show up with a seal. I can imagine the noise on the beach.

Hi all late post for me.
QOTD: elephants and dogs. Elephants to me would speak like eyeore but be less negative. Cats would be the bit*^&iest of all the animals.
Food today
coffee almond milk
water
cold brew with 1/2 protein shake
chicken salad (hope this ends soon)
dinner making shephards pie with caulitaters for me and real taters for DH.
it has onions, seasoning, green peas, onions (secret chopped mushrooms - not telling DH). he says he doesn't like mushrooms but if i hide them in the food he has no clue. he is not allergic just stubborn. good thing we have no kids- i would be hiding all kinds of veggies in food.
