Morning All,
Quick check in. We buried my father yesterday, I gave the eulogy, and we sat shiva last night. I'm TCOB today until Shiva tonight which is from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. It's a lot shorter of a day than yesterday going from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. My cup runneth over with the outpouring of support and love for my father.

I second what everybody said. Give yourself grace and mourn your dad. You can always get back on the wagon afterwards.
Condolences for your loss.
