Thanks for the reminder. I don't have any kind of regular TV so the coronation was a big subject on the TVs in the waiting room this morning. I still need to Google "coronation chicken" and see if it's something worth taking a chance on for the coronation. Otherwise, I'll break out my yorkshire gold for the day.

Good morning ~ Those lights sounds cool, I hope you are able do your whole plan. Are you done with Invisalign already? Today is a slow start, the opening session isn't until 10am but then it's on, including happy hour after the last session. So bummed there isn't a scale here! I will walk tonight again, there is a huge outdoor outlet mall I want to check out.
QOTD - I've never been a nail biter, but I used to bite my cuticles. I definitely hoard food. My latest hoard has been protein shakes, protein bars and meat sticks. I obsess about high protein snacks and recently ordered protein chips, crackers, cookies and cereal. It's embarrassing.
Accountability - ate an extra protein bar
B- coffee w/FLP, protein bar
l - TBD - buffet. I will have a look... may need to skip for protein bar. I'm not comfortable trying new things here

Yes! March 30 they took off the clip things and I've just been waiting for the retainer so I'm very happy. I think because I went in early since my teeth only shifted as an adult I was lucky to only need the original time frame of 20 trays. My sister had almost double the original time estimate.
I am with you are not trying new things out initially. I am still very careful what and where I try something new!
