It's May 1 -- What's on your menu?

Good Morning Jen and Menuers,

It was a nice weekend. Rainy a little cold but I am not complaining. Did the rummage sale on Saturday them went and visited my friend in the nursing home. We took Rudy with us because I know he likes animals. My good boy did such a good job. We came home and watched movies. Pea**** had Champions and Cocaine Bear so I got those under my belt. I did love Champions. Ok I get Cocaine Bear, but it is a shame that that was Ray Liotta's last hurrah. He is so much better than that in my opinion. Yesterday I made Crumbl Pina Colada cookies. I am having a Kentucky Derby Party Saturday and that was something I could make a head and stick in the freezer. Then we had a first Holy Communion ceremony and party to go to. 2nd graders are pretty cute. I hope to get to Sam's Club today I need veggies for Rudy, and I am running low on MiraLAX. Anybody out there that that had used it in the past but now are off it? I would love to give it up.

QOTD: Hurrah Hooray the 1st of May, outdoor Fu__ing Starts today. Don't know why that has been stuck in my head for years. And the Kentucky Derby. I love a great Mint Julep.

Water and Vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. I also use MiraLAX and fiber in my first coffee of the day.

How were those cookies? I keep seeing them online everywhere. Adorable pic of you with the girls!!!

I bought 6 for Ron's birthday and they were $25. Cold day in hell I spend that again. I did not taste these, but Ron said they were the best. I have them in the freezer till Saturday, so they do not magically disappear.

I think I have some crumbl cookies in the freezer. I bet yours are better than theirs!

I just checked - sounds about the same as here - 40s and off & on rain. UGH. The sun just came out here, though - as in just a few minutes ago!
