24 lbs!!!
Girl, remember how you wouldn't even lose a couple of lbs? You need to celebrate and pat yourself on the back.
I am doing the happy dance for you.

I had that happened to me all the time. The disolvable stitches first can break into a smaller pieces then into smaller, etc. Sometimes they start moving to the outside and can irritate. Shortly after surgery- I would trimm them close to the skin. Later on (a good few months) I would just pull our the smaller pieces.
After my 360 body lift - I had small pieces of stitching coming out for a few years... (lots of stitches were put to saw me back together).

Oh wow, thanks for letting me know. It feels weird so I may trim it myself.

You can take a pair of cleaned scissors to snip the stitch if it is snagging on stuff. You will need a very small pair to get the stitch. You may need to take a tweezer to grab the stitch first.
