Did you ever see the movie Five Corners? One of my all time favorites. (It has penguins).

I have never heard of that...and the one that comes up with I google does not seem very penguin-y.

1987 film. Jodie Foster, John Turturro, Tim Robbins. Set in Brooklyn in the early 1960s. Excellent movie. It can be hard to find, I think, because of the music rights. They use some Beatles songs, and others.

That does seem to be the same one but it does not sound like my kind of movie.

I did watch the trailer which looks better than the synopsis sounds! Also, I want to walk a penguin!

Good morning ~ You are kiliin' it at rowing - WTG! Time sure is flying, didn't we just have that Y2K scare? It's a work travel day but I don't need to get on the road until 10 so a nice easy start to the week. Still deciding on what to listen to on the road. This is a new conference (to me) with new topics and training for projects I will be taking over from my boss. I would much rather be at Cookie-Con! but it's better than the office. It's been 3 weeks since surgery and I feel good, I just fatigue easily. Last week going into the office was rough. I'm hoping this week is little easier. I believe I have a stitch thread poking through one of my incisions. I assume its from an internal stitch, it's like a thick whisker and is snagging. Not sure how that will get resolved...are they dissolving stiches? I will show her at my next appointment. Please don't tell me they have to cut again.

Restriction - It came and went like nothing. I had an issue after a pill got stuck before and a sensitive stomach, but that went away. I can feel liquids more than food but I stick to portion control. No hunger at all. My favorite foods are everywhere and I don't care. Weight lose is slow - especially compared to my virgin surgery friends at my WLC - they are blowing by me. But, I knew that would happen. I lost 15 pounds pre-op and 9 in the last 3 weeks. So 24 pounds total - I'll take it. I'm feeling so much better.

QOTD - Looking forward to upgraded diet for variety, more activity (golf and hike) and actual exercise.

B- coffee, FLP 42

L- protein bar

d- meat stick and protein crackers

Have a great day!
