What's on your Thursday Menu?

Sounds like my kind of mashed potatoes.
Thank you for being there for people in bad spaces. It takes a special kind of person to continue offering that type of support.

G'morning all!
Haha! Those arguments for me are ongoing in my head, they don't come to me only at 4:00 am. DH says I argue with my face, as in he knows I am having an imaginary argument because my emotions show in my face.
I have the house ho myself again, this weekend. It was news to me but DH says he had told me (it was not on the family calendar!) He is going camping with a couple of friends. They had booked it a while ago not realizing there might still be snow in the Sierras so they are actually worried about what they are gonna find on the ground. Hah, better him than me. These guys are hard core, supposed to do about 35 miles in 2 days.
QOTD: my phone is always by my bed, with my family on the other side of the ocean and 2 kids away from home my phone is my connection in case of emergencies. It's always on silent but the kids and my mom have vip status and their ring comes through. I noticed if I am restless looking at my phone is not gonna help. So I use the audiobook with AirPod in my ears to go back to sleep. But if I see that is completely useless you'll find me under the blanket, to cover the light from DH, reading the internet.
My meals yesterday:
- Coffee
- Amy's egg bites (with cottage cheese)
- Protein pudding, jello, jerkies, Barebells bar
- Tuna + quest chips
- E: 5 miles Wog
Happy almost Fri-yay!

Surprise! Hope you get a restorative weekend. I remember tent camping at Yellowstone in August. It still got below freezing at night and I absolutely pulled my dog onto the inflatable pad with me to keep him warm. Mountain camping is no joke! Still fun, though. Well, if you like camping!

I got back to read yesterday's post. If there were tickets left, I may have taken a day trip over to check it out. It is less than 3 hours from here. Will you be competing in any of the events because I believe you could medal if you did. I also need to let Shelia know; at every cookie table they have to go containers. They are there for the taken. It is not there to replace the cake. You may snack on one or 2 but usually the ratio of cookies to guest are about 30 to 1. They are there to enjoy with your morning coffee and soak up the Alcohol in the morning.
