Morning,

Thank you guys fo reading my emotional outburst on family issues. I can't really share that fully on FB and I can't address Keith's sister. It help to gave a space I can express my frustration.

My gut I still giving me fits, so I deal with it. I don't like it, but it is what it is. I even got a "rosacea pimple on my face" a clear indication my gut is messed up.

Business is crazy busy, but we are making money, a d employees are going to get a quarterly bonuses. It would help some that struggle financially at this time. *sickness, family dramas, etc.).

I'm almost completed switching to Google Fi. Almost because one member of the group hasn't switched yet. She has until Friday. I'm going to cut off Verizon service on Friday. I told her that. We'll see. I sent and resent and resent again detailed instructions how to switch the number and services to the new plan. I offered to help her, but she would have to come to the office, or my house. She works part time, and has no time to deal with that. OK.

My new phone, pixel 7pro is misbehaving, and some apps don't work properly. I.e. my alarm. I have to uninstall it, then reinstall it, or change an app. Ugh.

I liked my pixel 4pro better. But... it was no longer updating.

I couldn't handle real proteins yesterday so... stupid me decided plain cookies, would be OK. Nope. Not only I got RH but also runs. At least I'm not constipated, right? Lol.

QOTD: "There she goes ... "

Today eats:

Liquids - coffee, tea ..water...

L: maybe a soup?

D: who knows... but I may need to take our visitor to dinner...so probably fish and a few bites of veggies.

Besides that - ugh...

G'Afternoon, Everyone!

not sure where the morning went, other than I was a****er aerobics for part of it. Knocking out a lot of little "to do" items and doing some follow-up stuff on my upcoming trip since then. I have class this afternoon, but I'm absolutely freezing and it's cold and rainy outside, so I'm really not wanting to go (I don't really have to since I'm an auditor, but I've had to miss it a few times due to "the moms" and a couple of commitents, so I should probably go regardless. Since there are only about 15 people in that class, my absence will be noticed).

QOTD: I'll have to circle back to this. My brain isn't fully engaged at the moment

B: skyr with cranberry/cherry compote, coffee with half & half

MS/L: protein shake

AS: protein muffin

D: may have a microwavable "grain bowl", since I have no energy to cook anything, and I won't get home from class until right before dinner.
