What's on your Tuesday Menu?

I remember you sharing about some of your falls. Hopefully it's gotten better for you since moving.
We'll see what the doctor says. Four minutes till I call them! I did eat some triscuits this morning. They're pretty salty. Given my regular blood pressure these days, salt probably can't hurt.

So sorry about that fall. You have been dropping weight fast the last month. Those times that I did that, dizzy and falling down would happen if I did not sit and stand in stages. Being even a little dehydrated will do that to me as well even now. Be careful, especially living alone.

Yep, too much weight lost and it's unintended. At this point, I'm trying to stop it. 140 had been my far-flung goal to provide a buffer for regain. I didn't really expect to reach it. I look...gaunt!
Low BP happened in 2017 when I was last at a healthy weight. I hear the consensus of more water and more salt and am taking that to heart. Like you, I also sit and stand in stages. Guess those need to be a bit longer.

Can you try a electrolyte replacement drink that has sodium in it? It may be easier to consume as opposed to in foods (another thought is canned soup or bouillon). LMNT has 1000mg of sodium in each packet. Not exactly cheap but neither is a trip to the ER. Some people also make their own electrolyte drinks. I like the watermelon flavor in the LMNT.

I do drink a 33oz electrolyte drink every day since my six month labs showed me to be deficient in potassium but it does not have sodium per me just looking. I do have better than bouillon bases and Rao's soups that can work. Every time I eat that soup, MFP reminds me how much sodium is in it.
Will look up LMNT. Thank you for the suggestions.

I make a Sole water and drink that daily when I don't eat enough carbs. Followed by electrolyte drink that doesn't have enough sodium,

Thanks for sharing! I had not heard of this before. Looks like the pink Himalayan sea salt crystals are used.
