^^I definitely look like I have Body-by-Nuggs^^

Hello Hello and Happy Tuesday! Nuthin exciting at alllll happening in my world. I got through my to-do list yesterday and need to get back at it today.

Let's just get the accountability out of the way... the good news is that I don't have any more pizza to eat this week.

QOTD: Did you work when you were in HS? What did you do? I babysat the whole world, and my first job was a fast-food hot dog drive through, followed by McDonalds. McDonalds was a great experience for me--I had a great team and I really learned a lot about time management and customer service.

B: Protein Coffee & chicken

L: TJs Eggwich

D: Beef and Blue Cheese

Good morning QJB and menuers!

Love that meme. I remember learning how to use chopsticks by eating McDonald's fries in high school.

QOTD- Yep. I've been working since I was ever able. Babysitting, which I despised. The day I turned 16 I walked to a local restaurant and got a job. My mother wouldn't let me get my license, so I walked to and from work every day. They let us take home food that was made incorrectly, so I helped with that on top of working. Stayed there through HS graduation. Also worked a season as a busker at the local Renaissance festival. Plus a couple other things.

So yesterday I tried to get a few things done around the house. I let the dogs out and was bleaching the bottom of the casement around the open door, which took a couple of minutes. Then I stood up and walked into the kitchen to get a magic eraser. Unfortunately, the orthostatic hypotension got me. I grabbed the sink too late and fell. I hit my head on the refrigerator on the way down, which fortunately has rounded edges. That was a bit of a reality check to lay on the floor and assess the potential damage. Phew. Thought I'd been being careful about the BP stuff but apparently, not careful enough.

My B1 is within range, so I'll go visit my doctor today and ask for whatever blood tests she thinks are necessary now. It will be a productive day if I get the dishes done and laundry folded!

Accountability- Wish I had your pizza, JB! I ate the turkey and cheese yesterday and it was bad, so didn't eat more for hours. The waiting to assess reactions does take time!

Menu - Blueberries, half a green banana, seaweed, peanut butter, will try scrambled egg and either protein pudding or protein oatmeal.

Have a wonderful tue, everyone!

I am so sorry about the fall. It happened once for me where I blacked out totally. It's just so scary!

Nor would I. I'm pretty sure my big fall is a big part of my back issue. Fell right on my butt.

That it is not. Mine has been building since the WLS, so I follow a process when I stand up. I stay still and keep flexing my muscles until the grey-out, if I get one, clears. Yesterday I had a second loss of vision that hadn't happened before. Extra care will be taken!

Fortunately, the first recommendation of more water fixed my brown outs/black outs but I do know the doctors had other ideas if it had continued; since you're going to your doctor be sure to mention the fall.
