What's on your Sunday menu?

Good Sunday mornin everyone.
I feel extremely unwell this morning. I don't know if it the iron supplement or what...my digestive tract just feels off. I should be getting enough money this week to buy the better supplement. I also had a bit of a breakdown last night over my pain level and over my stomach. The anxiety is hanging on for deal life. Even had some trouble keeping my breath. I have a really bad gag reflex right now so I almost threw up my pills right after I took them.
I think we're going to Walmart this morning. Other than that i'd like to have a somewhat relaxed day if possible.
QOTD: since I'm not feeling well I'm taking the easy way out on this. What's you're plans for the week?
Linkin park came out with a 20th anniversary edition of Meteora so I've been listening to it off and on...will listened a lot this week. Only a couple of appointments. I do have to make a call Tuesday about the pain pump stuff.
breakfast was some oatmeal, not sure what else I'll be able to fit in.

Mornin' All!
well after our new tenant (the raccoon in our attic) left yesterday morning, DH reinforced the vent where it got in, and then put a radio up there blasting rock music - which went on all night (we'd read they don't like loud noise). Didn't work - it got in again last night. So he'll be calling a wildlife removal service today. Even if the raccoon is out and about for the day, the service should be able to secure the attic so it can't get back in. Sheesh - on top of everything else, now we have to worry about raccoons in the attic...
not much else going on today other than fixing my mother's computer (again...who knows what's wrong this time) and two films (i.e., film festival films).
QOTD: deciding on lodging for my trip to Scandinavia and getting travel insurance. Otherwise, the usual...
B: meal replacement shake, coffee with half & half
AS: skyr with fruit
L: oatmeal topped with L&F creme brulee yogurt
D: ??
have a great day, everyone!

Good morning ~ Sounds rough Mel, I hope you get to have a relaxing day. Yesterday was lovely and relaxing. Did ya'll know they renamed and edited Godfather III to The Godfather, Coda: The death of Michael Corleone? I've seen I and II a million times, but I had never watched III, so yesterday, we did. I liked it - way more than I expected. Will watch again too. Not I and II worthy, but good. Today we are walking the dogs at the park, kiddo is coming over so we will catch up on a few episode of Mando and Jeopardy.
QOTD - Plans for the week - I'm off work this week and happy about that. I will check in a little since one boss is out of the country and unavailable, but only for that reason. No other work is getting done by me. i haven't had a break like this forever and I'm enjoying every minute. My another sister is coming over Tuesday or Wednesday. I have my post op appt Thursday, carpets are getting cleaned Friday. I'll find a show to binge watch if it kills me.
Accountability - great

Peaky Blinders is binge worthy (and complete) and so is Shetland:-). Samantha Bee last night was hilarious; if she comes near you, check her out.

Happy to hear SB was great! Peaky Blinders has been on my Netflix list forever and I don't know why I haven't pulled that trigger. Thanks for the reminder- you always have great recommendations! I will check out Shetland also - looks up my alley.

I still remember that first bite of cottage cheese after being on the 2 week post-op liquids. I bet that red pepper soup was a welcome change from sweet shakes!

I have been dreaming about savory cottage cheese! Not until after my post op on Thursday though. The soup is so very tasty!

I have a few more very busy days and then no work for the summer. The pool is heated and opens 5/10. I am going to figure out some beach get aways this summer. My family has a beachhouse on Top Sail Island in NC so I will spend some time there and also at beaches around Wilmington. No solid dates yet. I am taking a train trip through the Colorado Rockies from Denver in early May. It is a glass top train and something I have always wanted to do. Was going to do it in Canada, but was too lazy to go get my passport renewed so made it a US trip. Getting passport renewed is on the list of things to do when work is over, so I can do some international travel. It has been a long winter for me.
