Let's go!!!! How excited are you for the show. Your reminded me that Cheerios at one time had blueberry and I bought them and ate them right out of the box. Those were good. Glad they were a limited edition.

Good morning everyone! I had a couple of super early meetings and then took a break to workout so my schedule today is a bit off. I did finish the April rowing challenge and I'm at 202 miles for the year so making good progress on my 600; I'm only at 28 for the month though due to some early in the year working ahead.

Monday I tried a new weights session, I thought it would be easy because it was mostly squats and lunges with medium weight....but it was a very slow workout...if you want to test yourself, do your workout slower than usual. My quads & glutes were still telling me about it this morning so I will add a stretch session after work.

QOTD - I haven't had cereal as cereal since surgery, it messes with the no drinking/eating at the same time rule for me but I do have some keto cereal in the cabinet and I think about putting it in my yogurt but I don't. As I kid, lucky charms was the best (Pretty sure I lived on thet and the oatmeal chocolate chip cookies my first year in the dorms) but as a young adult I convinced myself that Cinnamon Life was a healthy choice...and when I was being real I would switch to Weetabix or Shredded wheat. Also always liked Cream of Wheat, Malto Meal and Oatmeal, although the best Malt-o-meal was the chocolate.

menu today is

coffee plus fair life protein X2

Not sure on breakfast, I made Sheila's protein pudding so maybe that. It has some caffeine so definitely a morning/afternoon choice for sure

deli turkey plus cheddar X 2

Have a wonderful Wednesday everyone!

I never cared for Lucky Charms. Except the little sugary shapes. If they had made me head of marketing, as a 12 year old, I would have had them skipping the cereal and just sold the boxes of pink hearts, yellow moons, orange stars, and green clovers.

The first marshmallow bits in experimental Lucky Charms were chopped up bits of Brach's Circus Peanuts.
