Good Morning Queen JB and Menuers,

Congratulations on your 7-year Anniversary. Thats awesome you can say the best years of your life. I am not gonna lie I have forgotten a few anniversaries in my day as well. Life just gets too busy. Well hope you have many more happy years together. So cool how it all worked out.

Thank you for all the Lovins for the overload of Rudy yesterday. Mary, I told Ron you said he was cute. His head is pretty big today, so you made him happy. That was very nice.

When my sister was pregnant with her 3rd, I told her I should get to name the baby because she'd already named two. She did let me give a list of names and then she did end up using one of them:-)

Good morning all and Happy Tuesday,

I'm totally stealing that meme. Speaking of Taco Tuesday, I am organizing a potluck lunch where the cuisine is Latin American and Mexican. I'm excited to see who turns out and to get to know people better.

Yesterday was really rough. Those days happen and there were plenty of good moments throughout the day. New day, new attitude, fresh eyes.

QOTD - Classic. I'm partial to something with a G for my grandfather Gerson.

Accountability - I had a really bad nightmare, woke up and binged in my semi-conscious state. Like 700 calorie binge. Ugh. It happened and moving forward. I have no clue how to control that, if it happens again, short of locking up all food at night.

B: Dannon Light and Fit Coconut Yogurt, Tangerine.

L: Rotisserie Chicken, carrots and hummus.

D: maybe 3 Buffalo wings in suicide sauce. Asparagus, one baby potato.

HW: 371 SW(8/9/21): 324 CW: 215. 0 lbs til goal of skin reduction surgery. I'm still looking for a new plastic surgeon.

At Christmas time about 2 years after surgery, someone left me with a large bag of chocolate chips they were going to bake something with, but changed their mind. The chips sat there for a couple of weeks, and I finally gave in. Took me most of the day.

I faced my guilt and logged it all in MyFitness Pal. It didn't seem bad. Label said only 70 calories. Per serving. 45 servings in the bag. Oof.

HUGS. One day at a time.

Weed is not legal where I live, but processed hemp is. I sometimes use D8 to help me sleep, or D9.

Unfortunately D9 gives me munchies, twilight munchies. I used to binge eat ice cream bars, so I banned them from the house. Keith gets ice cream in small containers (gelato) and he is OK with that, and they don't call my name. Last time I had D9 I ate cheese. Hard cheese. Technically no problem on keto diet except I ate a lot of cheese. ugh.

Sorry for your rough day and nightmare. You're right, just have to move past it! Hopefully today was a better day, if just in that suicide sauce will help clear your system right out.

Happy Anniversary!!! When you find a right for your person - you know it. And the years just keep flowing.

QOTD: probably some easy to spell name that can be used in both English and Polish. As for the cats names - they just were right for them. Emma - my female, Emma and Dewey... Dewey was named by Keith - who just took one look at the little thing by his feet and said :"he looks like Dewey"...

accountability: ugh.. someone brought me a present - whisky - Basil Hayden whisky, because last time we talked - he heard me saying that I never tried that. So of course I had to open the bottle and try it. I really liked it so I tried "too much". But that and some Armenian cheese was my dinner. I went to bed early, relatively early..9:30.. (I got home late)

My knee is still hurting - so I'm not sure if I twisted it in the bed, or Dewey decided to lay on my leg and I tried to move, but I really hate that. Next week I have acupuncture so unless its better - I'll ask for ozone injection. They often really help... (it's actually ozonated water that gets injected into the knee)

Eats today: IF - typical

B: liquids

L: salad with Caesar dressings, avocado, HB eggs.

D: ribs or brisket with some veggies

S: cheese, apple or strawberries.
