I love that the whole country is going nuts, and you were blissfully unaware.
I've never watched a college game of anything. I follow baseball closely, but that's all.
I wonder if there are teams called the Olmecs and the Toltecs.

Unless it's World Cup soccer or Olympics, I'm willfully ignorant especially for college level sports.

It's truly amazing the amount of time and energy scammers put in. Imagine what they could contribute as functional members of society if their energy was directed toward good.

I love the meme. I try to avoid carbs just because they mess my gut up, and I start eating out of control. So 2 negatives side effects. 3 if you count "messed gut" as 2 points: gas and cramps.
QOTD: If you worked at the circus, which job would you want: none... At my age - traveling troupe is not on a bucket list...
Weekend was ok. I had some crew helping cleaning the house, and then we went to Keith's grad niece birthday party. It was good to see that part of his family. We don't go there often because they are 1.5 hrs away from us, and for me - longer car rides is not fun (sciatica). But I have to remember that close to where they live is this great barbeque place, that we stop by on the way back. I often get "the brisket to go" and this time, I also tried their ribs and I had to get them too. I hate to admit it, but their ribs are better than the ones I make. But I don't have a smoker... The ribs are definitely "sugar rubbed" but they are not too sweet. I got a small serving to check them in the restaurant. We even dragged Keith's parents with us there.
In SC, NC we have a lot of different barbeque places and some are better than others.. I do have my favorite places... some unfortunately are not close enough. There is a place near my work (relatively near) that we go to sometimes, and for eating in - I almost always liked their stuff. But their "brisket by a pound" I tried 2 times and I wanted to return that the second time, it was so bad. So now - beside all the other food we have at home - I added 3 lbs of smoked meat. I'll eat it.
My weight is slooowly going down. I lose on average 2 lbs per month. so.. 15 more pounds - 8-9 months unless I do some drastic steps like i.e. 7 day fasting...
Today eats:
B: coffee. coffee .. tea //more coffee... electrolytes..
L: Cesar with chicken, avocado, skip the croutons
D: Probably some smoked meat (mixture) and some veggies.
S: cheese, apple...
