What's on your Thursday Menu?

Even though I'm sure my dogs can tell time and understand a good number of words, I do have to remind myself that they won't care in the slightest if they happen to be a day off getting something delicious. They get daily joint supplements (long-backed, stumpy-legged) and dental chews. They absolutely know the phrase "morning chewies" and it normally comes after breakfast but sometimes it's later and I feel weird calling it that in the afternoon. Good thing they don't care! I bet Luna was just as happy to get the tasty celebratory food. :)

Good flavor, not too sweet and I prefer the cake style donuts to the yeasty ones so the texture was right up my alley! If they had a blueberry one, I would probably love that!

Stop your making it beyond tempting. I want blueberry and chocolate.

And now the song is playing in my head...it's gonna be a briiiight, bright sunshiny day! I mean, not here...but in my head!

To me the person in the movie is whoever their character is. I never care who the actor is. Guess it is good they are not relying on me for their fan club. Think only one I recognize for sure is Elvis in his old movies.

Cake cheerios are better than raised cheerios in my humble opinion! It has been awhile since I have had a cheerio.

I took today and tomorrow off. Tomorrow because of the liver biopsy. I am going to ask not to receive IV sedation and a local only. Hope they are willing to do as I ask since I think that the actual biopsy part takes about 30 seconds. Seems senseless to basically restrict myself from being able to drive for a 30 second procedure. EArlier today, I did do a work errand. I went to look at a retreat enter for a wellness initiative I am working on. It was in the woods on a lake, nice facility. I think it will work out pretty well. Otherwise, I did some laundry, other housework, a workout (weights and yoga). A good day. Spring break starts tomorrow for the kids. WE have no real plans but DH and DS may go visit his mom in Montana.

QOTD: Nope. I swear the older I get the less I remember names of actors. I also spend a bunch of time looking them up.

Hope your biopsy goes well today and that you get what you want with the anesthesia! Both my procedures today and next week require anesthesia. Part of me is with you. Part of me doesn't want to remember a thing.

The retreat at the lake sounds pretty! Connecting with nature is always a great wellbeing activity.
