What's on your Monday Menu?

Good Morning all! Hope you had a great weekend. Mine was... dunno. I had moments of profound boredness and profound productivity but not much in between. The productivity was an attempt to reorganize my cookie cutters. Last step is to go to the Container Store today and find new containers to put them in! Whooo! While we are out, we are going to see a movie, too, so it should be a fun day :)
QOTD: What are your most used apps or websites recently? I have been using Procreate on my iPad constantly lately because I have been designing (MORE!) cookie cutters on it :) I also use the Apple News+ app multiple times a day, and then it's probably a tie between my podcast and audible app, for binge listening while I decorate.
Weekend accountability: Could have been a little less carby and more active, but nothing terribly off plan :)
Really not sure about food today since we'll be out all day, but I will start with protein coffee!

Good morning QJB and menuers,
That's so many cookie cutters! I love it. I can't imagine keeping track of where each one is, though. Do you end up with multiples you forgot you had? I totally would.
QOTD- Samsung internet app, My Fitness Pal, Walmart app, Wordscapes if I'm being honest. I spend a lot of time researching things and tracking macros.
Office days through Wednesday since I have extractions Friday. Very much dreading these. Four perfectly good teeth will be gone, and I bet I regret this for at least some time.
I did wash and blow dry the dogs yesterday. It took an hour and a half. Their little room was literally coated in fur by the time I was ready to go. I also did a bunch of very hurried cooking to try and get things done. Did make low carb shepherds pie with my first attempt at cauliflower mash. Also got replacement stir fry on clearance. Orange chicken will need to be in another week. It would have taken a bit more time than the balsamic chicken crock pot recipe I found and dumped on the way out the door. Hope it's good.
I bought what felt like all the chicken at Walmart yesterday because it was $2 a pound for organic. Dunno why but have a fridge full right now to figure out. I also got some more clearance clothes. Progress!
Accountability- Not great since I'm doing IF and didn't plan well to eat everything by the time I got home. Traded out a bunch of things and ended up with a protein shake and biltong that were mobile-friendly. Did stop eating by 3.
Exercise - More weights and recumbent bike today. If I'm being honest, I still have a pain under the right side of my rib cage for the past few weeks I'm trying to figure out. Thought maybe it was my underwire on office days but...nope. Not sure what it is. Will see if it stays the same until my follow up on the 10th.
Menu - Protein bread and smoked salmon with spread, stir fry, balsamic chicken, egg roll in a bowl, shepherd's pie, grapes, blackberries. Lots to get through before Friday!
Cheers, everyone!

I'm better about multiples than I used to be now that I'm printing my own. I think the process for designing and printing solidifies it in my brain a little better!
Why are you doing IF this early in the game? Is this something your surgeon suggested? Or is it for other health reasons? You don't have to answer I am just curious. Some may take offence to a question like this, but I only ask to know if this type of thing would help me in my journey.

Hi! I don't mind at all. I feel better not eating later in the day and not always being in the process of digesting. I've experimented a lot over the years and have fewer urges and cravings when I'm on an IF pattern. It does help manage my behavior. If I don't get it in by x time, I just know I'm done for the day.
Have also never been a fan of eating later, which is why my window is earlier. I'm just now in a space where I can structure eating enough protein in my diet within the hours I like if I'm careful enough. No official medical reason, it just feels better for me. I'm not married to it and will operate outside if needed but it helps me to have the structure and the down time. I also sleep better (for me) when I haven't eaten for several hours before sleeping.
Truly, I don't mind being questioned or getting pushback. I appreciate it because it helps with accountability and perspective. Thank you!

Thank you! Sorry for the repetitive, rambling response while distracted at work. I went to Aldi this weekend and thought of you while buying all kinds of stuff. They have egg white wraps! And protein bread! Yay!

Greetings from the airport lounge! Likely the only day I can check in since I'm traveling all week. I did switch my flights to get home at midnight Thursday instead of Friday - yay! Utah, here I come. It's gonna be cold!
Great QOTD! I Love the Libby app, which lets me download books from my library. I also love Yelp and since I have a girls trip to Montreal next month I'm trying to figure out where to go and what to do. I use Hopper pretty often to check flight prices to everywhere. I'm curious to see what everyone else says!
Menu is up in the air. This terminal in Baltimore has awful food options. I mean my choices are Dunkin, McDonalds, smoothie king and Auntie Anne's. I have to grab something before a 5 hour flight.
Have a wonderful day, all!
Don't you dare call Auntie Anne's an awful choice.
