We're not sure how it'll respond to e anodizing yet! My friend will try it on a smaller piece to see before doing it on a big one!

I just made orange chicken yestrday! It was a pretty good and really easy. Abut it had honest in the sauce. 1/3 of a cup. But it was very tasty! If you want the recipe let me know. It's not so bad if you don't eat a lot of the sauce or you could change up the recipe for the sauce a bit. Maybe use a sweetener instead of honey?

Yes, please! I've been researching, of course. And I do have a couple of no carb sweeteners to experiment with, so that's a possibility other than honey. I've seen versions with no coating, pork rind crumbs, and almond flour coating. And air fried, or deep fried, or pan fried, or baked. :) I do enjoy playing with recipes!

This is the one I used. I changed it up a wee bit but I think this would've been better in the crockpot or with boneless skinless chicken thighs in the oven. I also would have added a tad bit more pepper. I think also you could adjust the sauce with sweetener and water instead of honey and I didn't use as much oil for it.

Good morning ~ I think that bracelet is pretty even though the color is off. I need to go back and read yesterday, I woke up at the hotel with the worst headache and just wanted to get home - of course traffic was awful. The work part of the trip was amazing. The people involved in this group are the best of the best of what I do and I learned so much. We had a lot of fun at dinner too, great people. Happy to live in a small town though big cities have great amenities, but I'll take sleepy, quiet any day. I received the bed topper! It weighs a ton. I'm hoping for some amazing comfort and sleep tonight, but will temper my expectations just in case. Today is house stuff, errands and maybe something fun, we'll see.

QOTD - Right now, I would love the time and $ to travel anywhere without worrying about work! I guess retirement is on the top of my bucket list, haha. I want Lisa's life!!

Accountability - McDonald's sausage mcmuffin happened - I could not find a drive through Starbucks fast enough, lol and gave in to carbs.

QOTD- I want to see the pyramids in Egypt and also Mexico.

I woke up to more snow today. For a place that usually gets 3" of annual snowfall we've sure beat that this year. So tired of it, it's not cold enough to stick to the road but the trees do look pretty.

I finally made it to a movie yesterday, I saw Ant Man & Wasp Quantumania. It was good, but what I really wanted to see was John Wick 4, I'll try to see it next week when the crowds have died down. Not a fan of crowded movies.

I have some work, so I need to get to it. I need to make up for the 5 1/2 hours that the companies system was down on Tuesday. I will get my 40 this week.

Have a great day everyone!

Hey Julia, the pyramids in Egypt are on my bucket list too. Look into Nile cruises and see if you would be interested in doing one with me next summer. I am not strong enough to plan a walkikng tour, but the cruise should be pretty doable for me.
