What's on your Wednesday Menu?

Grazing happens.
To being with I would get the shakes if I ate anything sweet. But now I found my way around it; I don't eat the whole chocolate bar in one sitting, but I can eat it slowly all day long. At the end of the day calories are the same and I'm in trouble weight wise. After the third year it's all on you to stay vigilant. So take advantage of your honeymoon period (the first 18-24 months) and install good habits.

Good mornin everyone. Hope you're all well.

Not a lot to report and not a lot planned for the day. I have a zoom call at noon and it's the only thing set in stone. I had an appointment yesterday with my psychiatric nurse practitioner...just a check up.

Our ****ty neighbor made drugs again last night. I made a tip to crime stoppers and the narcotics unit. Something is up. Right before he moved back an Xcel truck pulled into their backyard to fix its neighbors houses line on their backside. After that there was a city building inspector that checked out the whole property. Then there was a Atmos(natural gas) that came and took pictures in the backyard. THEN a police vehicle came and took pictures from their house from inside their vehicle. They have a detached garage with a back room. There is a smoke stack in the back room that hasn't always been there. The dude lights some charcoals in his grill every time before making drugs for less than 10 minutes. It's the first telltale sign it's about to happen. We are just so frustrated and might I ad disgusted with the local police force. They sit on their thumbs about this stuff. There is another drug dealer down the street and a much more prolific one I might ad. They(the police) always tell us they are working on it. Then they'll say there is no point in arresting someone as the county jail won't hold them, which I don't really believe. My mom feels like crap and even my throat is bothering me a bit.

I did get some Chainmaille done yesterday. Started a necklace for me. I didn't get the supplies I expected and the mail service is slow as can be right now. It's now saying Thursday that they'll be delivered. I'll post a photo at the bottom of what I have done so far,

QOTD: I have never had one. I'm not into ice cream either. I noticed they had a Mach and cheese, Dijon mustard and champagne flavored ice cream. Also little Debbie has some out . Meh.

B: yogurt, 1/4 cup granola and fresh raspberries + coffee

S: mini rice cake single serving bag & cheese stick

L: ???

S: ???

D: prob a taco or shrimp salad. They had Argentinian red shrimp for 10 dollars off at Sam's yesterday. Yay!

That is horrible that you have to deal with neighbors like that. Keep your distance and keep diligent. I am confident your neighbor is on the radar and the authorities are waiting for enough evidence or are watching to identify accomplices. I knwo it must be hard, be patient....

Yeah, police work does not happen nearly as fast as it does on tv. Stay on it, and don't let it stress you too much.

In our case it doesn't happen at all. We got a new police chief about 2 - 3 years ago. Just not impressed. The previous was run out of town due to his way of doing things and his race. Things were so much better with him and he wasn't a jerk like some can be(my cousins husband is a cop here along with their son...both equally big a-holes).

Your neighbor sounds like a piece of work that's for sure but I think you are doing all you can for now. For the necklace, I think it would look good with a smaller chain to fini**** off.
