Four weeks already? Wow! That was like, a blink ago! Glad you had a good times in Charleston. Your menu sounds like much better choices than coconut cake, which I only thought about after posting. Oops.

Good morning, everybody!

Does anybody talk to Hilary? She hasn't posted in quite a bit.

Tough workout yesterday.

As a result, we binge watched murder shows yesterday afternoon. Not even good ones. Some of the murder shows are really interesting documentaries and some of them are campy and poorly acted. Yesterday was Deadly Women with Candice DeLong. Definitely in the low quality murder show category.

Marilyn saw a commercial for Darcy and Stacy, and she was not impressed. Apparently none of her friends would chant "Zack in the Sack."

I think that it is supposed to get up into the high 50's today. I am ready for spring weather.

QOTD: I commit to skipping the optional Salesforce training at 12:00 so that I can eat a substantial protein forward meal and stay on plan today (Day 18). Plus leave work early so that I can lift tonight.

Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs

Lunch: Steak

Dinner: Corned Beef and Cabbage

Have a great day, all!
