What's on your Tuesday Menu?
Those *******s. About 25 years ago, I had an idea for a similar sandwich that I called a Hebrew-rito. I coulda been a google-inairre. The name is a nod to Jibaritos which were created in Chicago and are like a steak sandwich with plantains as the bun.
My Hebrew-rito had piping hot latkes as the bun and they were slightly grilled on the flattop to crisp the 'bread.,' Vienna or homemade corned sliced thick, side of apple-cinnamon jam for dipping.
HW: 371 SW(8/9/21): 324 CW: 215. 0 lbs til goal of skin reduction surgery. I'm still looking for a new plastic surgeon.

Breaks and stretching/movement during those breaks are important! We are all so bad at that.

Bonus if you're able to step outside for breaks and mental health. Or if your office has windows. My office in town does not have windows and we're packed into one of those open concepts like sardines. I spend hours a day in what I call the coffins so I can take meetings away from my desk.
