What's on your Monday Menu?
No! I saw it but didn't get it. At least in my area these containers are so big. I'm worried what if I get it and don't like it. For my next experiment I'm gonna use sf cocoa powder instead of PB2, we'll see if I like it better.

Knowing how much you love PB, I think that would absolutely be a great switch up!

So glad you like them! The thin mints bars are great. I want to try the Samoan and PB ones.

I'm not a big thin mint person, but if there are no other cookies I'll eat them. The PB ones I literally left them in the pantry for DH to eat at his own pace, I know I won't touch them. So...when I was looking for the bars I figured I gotta get what I really crave, which is the Samoan ones.

Impressive! I bought the cheese crackers this weekend to try soon. Love finding recommendations through this group. Thanks again!

that ricotta cheese idea sounds pretty good. I've said this before, but I'll sometimes stir some unsweetened cocoa powder into vanilla Greek yogurt (like L&F or Aldi's 100 calorie yogurt) and top it with some light Cool Whip and a few raspberries, and this ricotta cheese thing is sort of along the same lines. I'll give it a try. I'm kind of the same with sweets. It can be hard to resist strong cravings, so I try to keep things like SF Jello in my fridge. OR do the aforementioned yogurt "sundae" trick. But it'll try the ricotta cheese one as well.
I had done the yogurt version, but I think the ricotta one has more the texture of an icecream. Especially if you get the small curd and use immersion blender to sort of blend it, not completely, but going around and smoothing some of the curds.
