were the strawberries OK? I normally don't buy strawberries this early since they have to ship them in from somewhere (California? Mexico? Not sure) so they're often not that tasty, but I was at Aldi's yesterday and they looked so good I caved and bought a box. I'm hoping they're good - if not, I can always turn them into a compote (for my skyr, of course...)

I remember Arizona not changing times since I did University of Phoenix online for school and everything was due on their time. Never fun to remember when mine changed and theirs did not!

Woo for almost being done with burned beefy shanks.

Good morning and Happy Monday all,

Really dig that meme.

When a winter storm is approaching, is Costco even more crowded than it usually is? I don't even think about going to Costco to stock up for a storm. I usually try to strategically plan my grocery trip for when the stores are least crowded. This usually works out but does result in lesser stocked shelves.

QOTD - Kinda / Almost. One of the items on my bucket list was going back to school and getting my degree. I am finishing my Associates Degree this semester. I was planning on getting my Bachelor's and going from there. I made a compromise with myself that I should be proud of the Associates Degree and it counts towards my degree goal. However, last year was tough and I took fall semester off. I didn't know if I would finish. I have a renewed interest in school now but, financially, I need to start generating income before May. My physical limitations are also a puzzle piece. I've already applied for Financial Aid and initiated transferring to a Bachelor's program for the fall semester, if the stars align.
