Good morning ~ Sounds like a great day, enjoy your adventure with Grim I agree, a week with no tacos makes one weak, haha. Kiddo came over last night and we all watched an episode of Jared from Subway, hum.... I'm not sure I'll keep watching - there are only three, but IDK - that woman, she put her kids in direct harms way. Today I have a 1:1 with the NUT after work. I'm excited to get some questions answered. Otherwise, a light yet productive day. I'm wondering what happened to all those meetings I used to have, but I'm not complaining! When the new person gets hired I'll be very busy for a long time.
QOTD - I just bought an ultrasonic cleaner for my retainers ($25ish?). Turns out it also cleans eyewear and jewelry - even costume. The other night I was cleaning everything. My retainers are clean/clear and rings sparkle!
Accountability - Quest cheddar crackers (yum) and 1/2 a small baked potato at dinner
B - coffee, eggwich
l - tuna, salad mix, w/mayo and RWV
d- leftover pork chop tacos on 25 cal corn tortillas
s-maybe Quest cheddar crackers
e - yoga - getting easier - still feeling some rib pain/pressure right at my sternum but it's gone on my side. It'll be 6 weeks tomorrow - hopefully by 8, this will be gone too.
Have a wonderful day!

I might hit you up for a link to that when I get my permanent retainer. Supposedly, I'll be making the switch in April or may.

Good luck with your appointment, and glad to hear yoga is progressing for your poor ribs.
Thanks for randomly mentioning the Quest crackers. I have an unhealthy relationship with Cheez-its and I've managed to avoid them for 9+ months. I've side-eyed those and wondered if it was a compromise. Hmm.

Great compromise. Cheez Its are my crack. While I love the flavor of all the quest chips, I'm not crazy about the texture or aftertaste. These crackers are very crisp and crunchy the whole way through and taste good w/no aftertaste that I can tell.

I looked for those quest cheddar crackers but they haven't arrived here yet.

B: 1/2 peach and Dannon Light and Fit Coconut Yogurt.
L: Grilled chicken, serving of suicide sauce.

Good morning! Leaving Austin today for somewhere near Waco. Just need an overnight place to park and moving on tomorrow. We rode our bikes 9 miles yesterday and I've done a yoga/resistance band workout today so I'm good for the day.
we got local bbq yesterday and oh man, by the time we got through the line I was in a food crisis. I forced myself to eat a single bite and sit on my hands and chew. Had a little brisket, a little pork rib and about a quarter cup of coleslaw. Slowly my mind and belly coordinated and I didn't gorge myself. I actually ate a very good amount for my pouch. But I seriously had to sit on my hands to keep from shoveling so fast I got stuck.
QoTD. So boring. A pink accordion folder to keep track of stuff for this trip. I'm in it every day. 8 bucks at Target.
B. Scrambled eggs, cheese and chopped up leftover brisket
L. On the road, but we should pull over and have leftovers. That means meatballs for me!
D. I think I will pull out the cauliflower thins lasagna that is in the freezer and serve it with the leftover prosciutto, fig and goat cheese salad.
Peace Everybody.
