What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu?
I am seeing Jesus Revolution Sunday. I am hoping the 2 hours I lose is worth it. I do not like to go to the movies. I always have something better I can be doing. Ron wants to go so I agreed. I let you know my thoughts on Monday.

Mornin' All!
it's day 2 of the genealogy conference (live from Salt Lake City - glad I get to watch it from my couch!). Sessions yesterday were a mixed bag - probably depends somewhat on how familiar one is with doing family history (some of the sessions covered info that wasn't pertinent to me, like how to find info on ancestors who lived in such-and-such a country - and some were geared towards beginners - but by "mixed bag" I'm referring to sessions that just weren't all that great). There was a really interesting one on old British and European cemeteries, though. I'm going to watch the rest of the that particular speaker's sessions (some are recorded and posted on the Web site - I'm guessing from previous conferences). It really wasn't directly related to doing genealogy (although definitely indirectly - you can occasionally pick up new info on people by visiting cemeteries - although he didn't focus too much on that aspect) - but it was pretty interesting none the less. But then, I happen to love old cemeteries. Other than conferencing, I have to take my mother to the dentist this afternoon. And fit in exercise somewhere. But...I think that's it for today.
Daylight Saving Time starts next weekend! I love it being light later in the day - although not so much dark mornings again! But I'll be able to start biking to campus once it warms up a bit. My one class is pretty late in the day, so it'd be too dark now to bike home - but once the time changes, I can bike there and back whenever the weather decides to cooperate!
QOTD: these days I'm mostly reading and watching things for my classes, so I'm not of much help there!
B: plain skyr with fruit, coffee with half & half
MS: protein shake
L: not sure - maybe the hummus sandwich I've been sticking on here the last couple of days but haven't gotten around to eating yet
AS: protein muffin
D: salad with diced ham and light dressing
have a great day, everyone!
Good Morning Queen JB and Menuers,
Those bunnies are adorable. Proud of you guys getting through the bucket of popcorn.
I had a crap day yesterday. I never got to exercise. My lunch got stuck. Wouldn't come up wouldn't go down. I tried everything. I never did get to have dinner. I left it in the oven thinking the meat would get tender and I would eventually get to eat but it never happened. At 5:00am I remembered I never took the dinner out of the over it had been on all night. I jumped out of bed and ran down. It was a bit roasted to say the least after 9 hours, but it had some salvageable parts as long as I didn't scrape the burnt bottom. I tasted a bit of the meat, and it was super yummy, and all the onions garlic and sauce were super caramelized. I may have that for dinner tonight. I took Walleye out the freezer I am going to fry for Ron and my mom, so I'll be left to find something on my own.
Tonight, is the first volunteer night for neighbor to neighbor. The weather is supposed to be rainy windy and cool. I think I'll just get mom duty done instead so I can free up some time for my busy day tomorrow. I am going to the chiropractor at 10:30am to have him evaluate my left shoulder. They see arthritis in there and some other things that come with old age. I am guessing an MRI will be next to make sure it is nothing more. Then we have Bingo tomorrow evening. Sunday is Church and were going to see some Jesus Movie with friends in the afternoon. Looks like there may be popcorn in my future.

Our crocuses are sticking out of the ground, but I've only seen one with a wee bit of bloom. Soon though.

QJB - those bunny cookies are just adorable.
Luna had her ortho appt yesterday. Thank god his the surgeon said no need for surgery now. When she went in for her yearly checkup, was the day after a 5 miles wog and she was a little sore so her GP over reacted. But according to ortho she has some knee malformation that is genetic in small dogs. Right now she is OK, if down the line she has difficulty walking/running we'll do something. I was very tempted showing the Dr my knee and my problem IT band. I liked Luna's ortho better than mine, very nice and attentive.
QOTD: I watched a 3 episode Murdaugh documentary on HBO, then caught up with 2 years of Murdaugh podcast in time for yesterday's verdict. Reading "I'm happy my mother is dead" and cringing all the way through. Also reading "Everything Fat Loss" by a trainer I like and follow online.

That pier looks so scary now!
Was the podcast the Mandy Matney one? I listed for about a year and then I had to give it up.

Yea, and I agree. She started getting on my nerves with her intonations. Once her friend got on the podcasts it got better. But I was so close to the trial that I kept up with it.
