Oh my wow. That might have talked me right out of ever considering the RV life. Whew. I bet it really is great if you're stopped and driving around the area...guess I just never stop for long. My tour of the northeast from last fall was just about 5,000 miles in a week.

But...having your own bathroom with you...that's a big selling point. Hmm.

It is certainly a big undertaking in every way. We've been planning and saving for this trip for 20+ years. And my own bed, clean bathroom and lots of clothes options are certainly making me happy.

I have lived in two states that were subjected to organized boycotts because of bad decisions and I 100% support this type of choice. It did generate change in both those states so it can work!

I was "cancel culture " before it was called that. Since I earned my first dime. I fully believe I am voting/speaking out with my money. I have a running list of no go's and proud of it.

Good Morning Queen JB and Menuers,

OK QJB and Grim, Make us proud with the movie popcorn. No wimping out like last time. I've heard a lot of good about the movie I cannot wait for your review.

I hope not to be crazy busy because I have to get to the grocery to buy ingredients for some snacks I plan on taking to Bingo Saturday evening. I bought desert size jars at Michales and been making the protein pudding that Shelia posted in them. They are perfect with their lids. For this event I am going to fill them with the Better than sex dessert. I know everybody loves that. I am also going to make pepperoni rolls and I love the dried beef with cream cheese and pickle recipe for myself. Still a nice snack without killing the Macros.

QOTD: I searched the time that Aldi in Bridgeville opened this morning. The ones in my county (Washington) open at 8:30 but once you get to Allegheny County, they all open at 9. Does no one else shop before work?

Accountability: Spot on. (of course, I had a doctor tell me to shape up)

TSS: 5 years 2 month 19 days 160 Lowest (129.4)

B: Coffee with SF Twix Coffee Mate

MS: L&F creme brulee Greek yogurt. and berries.

CB: Coffee with SF Twix Coffee Mate

L: Chicken Fajita inners, snack selects

D: Garlicky Braised Beef Shanks

Exercise: I did my run route last night and plan to go again after work. Hopefully improve my speed because at this pace I do not see me doing the 5k in April. I got a little more than a month to improve.

Water and Vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. I also use Miralax and fiber in my first coffee of the day.

Have a great day my friends.

Brightest Blessings.

Chrissy

Congrats on getting your run in! Coming from a place of ignorance - can't you walk in a 5k if needed? The ones I used to do as a huge person were all walking, though they were probably also marketed as such.

Yes but I have won a lot of these 5 k prior to my rotator cuff surgery, and I do not like going unless I know I am good enough to earn a medal. No fun without the bling.

Good morning JB and menu friends

JB - you just made a light bulb go off in my head, perhaps I need to start baking so much that perhaps I wont want to eat the sweets? I dont know how you resist temptation. I am weak...I just love sweets...

Happy Thursday ! Lunch was a success yesterday, was able to order a Tuna Chef Salad! It was delicious! Why do Salads taste so much better when you are not the one preparing them?

I continue to thrive with this new to me way of eating. The only change I made is cutting fat/calories. Still low carb. I weigh on Mondays and Thursdays, this morning I weighed in at 207.8! I am down 17 lbs in 2023! 2.8 lbs from a goal I have chased for 3 + years.

QOTD - D & B Rating - Dun and Bradstreet, I was completing a Credit App for a New vendor and had to refresh my memory.

B - Protein Bar

S - 2 good yogurt

L - Salad - chicken breast ( I really like the hand pulled rotisserie chicken from costco

S - celery and laughing cow

D - Egg roll in a bowl, made with chicken instead of pork.

E - 10,000 steps.

Stay Healthy my friends, Mike
