I always thought it was just stevia, but I just looked it up and it also has erythritol which is a SA. Bummer!

Good morning, everybody!
Traditionally, March was my least favorite month of the year because it was the end of a long winter. But since we have had children in school, March has been spring break which has always been a happy time of the year. Being empty nesters, this is the first year that we haven't had a March Spring break since 2002.
Last year we went on a very relaxing trip Hawaii (except for the woman who talked non-stop to Marilyn for the entire flight home including accidentally showing Marilyn her nudes while she was doing an unsolicited review of all of the pictures on her phone). It was surprisingly inexpensive with a Southwest flight and a smallish hotel on the North Shore.
I thought about re-creating that trip, but, as I was telling a friend last night, I am taking a preposterous number of vacations this summer, so I can't really squeeze any more trips in.
All of which is to say, I guess, that March may go back into the doghouse for me.
Need to lift this morning and tonight is a friend's 65th Birthday celebration on Happy Hour. His wife says that he is not super happy about it. Some work in between.
QOTD: I don't have enough years left that I can give away 10 at a time, so i will say back. 2013 was a good year, also. We took the kids to Lake Tahoe for a ski trip on Spring Break and some other family members joined us.
Breakfast: Egg sandwich
Lunch: Roast Beef
Dinner: TBD
Have a great day, all!

G'morning all!
QJB, I hate those alerts and I'm always suspicious if it's phishing. Good luck on your various classes and making that much icing. My arms hurt just thinking about it.
Exciting news for me: DD is coming home on Sat and will stay for a week. Thank god for all the WFH abilities because before Covid this wouldn't have happened. She will keep working but will do it here, at home, with us. Last week she sent us a text "it's cold and gloomy in the city. I need a burrito and real hugs!" Needless to say we jumped on it and she is coming home. The only tiny wrinkle in this is that she arrives Sat evening and I'm out of town Fri-Sun for a work event. At first we suggested to change the arrival but then figured out by the time she is settled on Sun I'll be home. Besides, DH is happy to have some 1:1 with her while I'm gone. My daughter needs some TLC to recharge her batteries and nothing makes me happier than be there and spoil her rotten.
QOTD: 10 years ahead. 10 years ago I was obese and miserable, don't wanna go there any more.
My meals yesterday:
- Coffee
- Amy's egg bites with turkey links, green onions and cheese
- Jello, PP pudding
- Innards of Taco Tue
- E: 1 hr elliptical (too rainy to go outside)
Happy hump day!

That is awesome! And an amazing testament to you and DH that she comes home for the recharge and refresh!
