Progress. This is great. "it will be a continuous journey respecting my body so I can live life to it's fulllest"

This quote fits every one of us. We have all abused ourselves in one way or the other.

I was born in 1948 and toys for girls were things to teach you to be a good wife and mom. At 3 I had a child size iron and ironing board, mop, broom and carpet sweeper. I had a little laundry kit with a bucket for washing, a small bar of laundry soap and a tiny scrubbing board. My doll was called Betsy Wetsy. After she was fed a bottle, the liquid came out and she wet her diaper. Part of play was feeding her and putting on a clean diaper.

I was also born in 1948 and I remember my little Iron and ironing board. My little Iron would actually heat up. I felt so grown up!

I also remember my Betsy Wetsy. I would put raisins in her diaper and tell my mom that Betsy had pooped!
