PROTEIN PUDDING RECIPE....

I lurk ALLLLL the time but my connection bites for posting. BUT, at some point in the past week someone posted a recipe for protein pudding with premier and sugar free pudding...I cant refind it.

HAAAAALLLLLLLPPPP I know it was on the daily recipe list. I think it had like 10 proteins per serving.

Shelia posted it. I think it was on yesterday's thread.

It's very easy.

1 premier protein (any flavor you want)

half of the sf jello pudding powder (or 2 tblsp)

Blend it all in the blender

pour in a container (I pour in three little jars) and refrigerate till it's set.

It's to die for and satisfies the sweet tooth.
Each serving is 10 gr protein, 5 gr carb, 70 cals

Good Morning All and Happy Friday,

I'm keeping balance and am managing during this difficult time. Tues and Wed were the most difficult days in years. My pops now has pneumonia and has started back on antibiotics. This is going to delay the tracheostomy surgery, which was going to be initiated today. He has less of a chance every day that he remains on the ventilator. His morbidly obese weight and lifestyle choices have greatly reduced his chances of living. His size is complicating almost every aspect of his current situation. I'd like to say this would be enough of an example to avoid the same lifestyle choices. However, I have a short memory and have traded proper choices for immediate gratification many times in the past. I'm trending in the right direction over the past 8 years but it will be a continuous journey respecting my body so I can live life to it's fulllest.

On that note, I'm going to attempt to do dinner tonight with Paula. I've told her to figure it out and I'll cook. I also offered to make a shopping list for her, if she wants help. Other weekend plans, if I can go, Mexican Punk Rock Funk bands tomorrow and Bingo Sunday.

QOTD: In chronological order: Curious George stuffed animal, Masters of the Universe, skateboard.

B: Dannon Light and Fit Yogurt, Tangerine.

L: ???

D: Hopefully, something delicious and somewhat protein forward.

2nd Pic: I can finally fit into an old shirt again. My brother made this for me 20 years ago.

sorry to hear about your dad. I was in a similar situation with mine six years ago. To make things worse, his wife didn't want to make any medical decisions for him (I think it stressed her out to much), so it fell on me. It was one of the most stressful times of my life. So yea - I get it...

Best wishes in navigating this time and cir****tance with your father. I hope he improves and the facility is able to move forward with the treatment plan it sounds like he needs. It must be difficult.

Kudos to you for keeping things going. And major congratulations on your NSV with the shirt! Great message from your brother and a good reminder of how far you've come in your journey.

It's been a rough week for you. Hope you can find some peace.
