Good morning ~ Those flowers are beautiful! Enjoy the TV all to yourself. I must be a bad influence on Rob because I got him hooked on the heavenly Cheetos cheddar corn puffs like 'popcorn' -ish things - (not the regular Cheeto puffs). He brought home another bag last night. I had a few, but man he was up in that bag like 10 times. The struggle is real, but no more!! I had a dentist appt for a new crown today that I just now see was cancelled due to an emergency - a reprieve! Calendar is light again, rolling along nicely at work. I'm supposed to hear from the WLC about scheduling a tentative revision surgery date in April. Only caveat is no alcohol and that is going well. I feel better everyday, some things I expected, but the amount of clarity is amazing. I got busy last night doing things around the house and forgot about yoga so I will attempt that tonight.

QOTD - Nothing I can think of.... I keep thinking about weight lifting at the gym but that is a few months off

Accountability - *%&$@#! cheese puffs

b- coffee, egg bites

l - chicken Cesar- salad

d - pork chops, green beans

s- jerky

Have a great day!

I think I missed the post when you specify what type of revision your are getting?

I also need to stop alcohol, but when I get blockage in small intestines and spasms and severe pain, alcohol, specially strong liquor helps to move things along. I.e. I bought good whisky yesterday after work and got drank. But this morning "things" are moving down nicely...

Good luck love. You can do it.

After almost 15 years post op, i get restriction only when i eat dense foods. Solid dense food when i follow keto type diet. Otherwise -I can eat and eat and eat more. But keto - there is a set that my body says "enough" ad if I try eat more - i'm rewarded with a lot of pain or discomfort.
