They are easier to change if you start calling them tires, not tyres. And it has to be a chore, having to turn the lugnuts in the opposite direction.
My old English professor would not approve of me ever using US spelling ? he was rather personally offended by US English spelling and pronunciations haha
If you're looking for food ideas, you can always go to Shelly's AKA Egg Faces website. Doesn't look like she updated for a while but if you go to Links and recourses, she had some great ideas for food for each step of the way.

Take full advantage of the dietician and psych appts. Here in US they usually offer the psych eval only before surgery and it's only one appt just to assess if you can have surgery. I think for most of us it would be beneficial to have more psych appts because as they say the surgery is on your stomach and not your head.

Hi menu fam! I was MIA for a few days - my mom had a medical emergency (when it rains, it pours) so I hopped on a flight to charlotte. She's fine now and her mri was clear and we had a lovely visit. She comes back in a few days for a short visit and for surgery with her specialists in Philly so I'll be on the road next week and again two weeks after that. Busy time!
Im continuing to heal and recover. I'm onto regular food but I'm supposed to avoid spice for 6 weeks.
QOTD: hmmm what do I want to learn? I want to learn a new job but that requires getting one first haha
B: cream of wheat
L: turkey and cheese (hitting up Trader Joe's for groceries after my doctors appt)
D: mashed potatoes and salmon patties that my mom made me and froze so I could bring them home. They are soooo good. Canned salmon, grated onion, egg and Italian bread crumbs. Pan sautéed in olive oil. They're delicious!
Have a wonderful Friday Eve, everyone
38 word description of dinner (and with no spices at that), its good to see you feeling better!
