Good Morning Queen JB and Menuers,

Glad you enjoyed the Holiday QJB. Mine was just a normal workday but the Beef tenderloin turned out perfect. I also have enough for dinner tonight.

I am very busy at work today, so I go to make this quick. I'm already in the weeds. I am taking my partners calls this week, so it does put me a bit behind.

QOTD: It has been a very mild winter and today we are supposed to hit an all-time high record for Pittsburgh hitting 70°

If I get caught up here, I am going for a nice walk at lunch.

Accountability; Just one squirt of Salted Caramel whipped cream.

TSS: 5 years 2 month 4 days 161 Lowest (129.4)

B: Coffee with SF chocolate caramel Coffee Mate

MS: Light and Fit creme brulee Greek yogurt and berries.

CB: Coffee with SF chocolate caramel Coffee Mate

L: white chicken chili snack selects

D: Beef tenderloin and roasted cabbage wrapped in bacon and some green beans.

Exercise: Going after work and maybe at lunch

Water and Vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. I also use Miralax and fiber in my first coffee of the day.

I love the daily squirt update! But I did think after your reply to someone that maybe the "choose your hard" sign should get taped to the whipped cream can! I've got mine mentally attached to the wine cabinet right now!
