What's on your Tuesday Menu, Valentines?
I was talking to somebody yesterday who was in a panic because he had bought his wife flowers only to find out she had put them on the weekly grocery list, therefore negating any credit he would get buying them.

QJB, you guys probably already know this, but the opening of Fenway park was pushed off of the front page of the newspaper by the Titanic sinking.
Last night we went to the new Greek restaurant in town that we love. I had a chicken breast stuffed with spinach and feta that was yum. I still have half of it and some Greek potatoes for dinner tonight.
After dinner we went to the chocolates shop downtown and got some dark chocolate nonpareils and truffles for a valentines treat. Then we went home and I fell asleep in front of the TV because yesterday was a double dip olympic lifting morning/afternoon Crossfit day. So that was the end of that.
Because I went to sleep so early, this morning, I was able to finish reading my commemorative Grateful Dead magazine that I got in my stocking at Christmas.
Marilyn has tennis tonight, so our valentines festivities are officially concluded. I will go Crossfit and then likely collapse in front of the TV watching Cod Fishing.

Dinner: The aforementioned stuffed chicken

Mmm, love, love Greek, middle eastern, and Mediterranean food. That would be a great Valentine's dinner in my book! Enjoy the day, and good job with the workouts!

Chicken sounds great, I have tried and failed multiple times making stuffed chicken breast!
- Pre- Surgery/ Type 2 Diabetes, High BP and Cholesterol, treated with 6 medications, including Insulin. Post Op- low dose BP med 2022, Mounjaro 10/2023
