What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu?

Good morning and happy Friday everyone. It has been a busy week, but a good week. I am so excited that my kids and granddogs are coming home this weekend. We are going to celebrate my son's birthday. The weather is going to be dry. I am hoping for some outside time in the backyard.
QOTD- Is overthinking a hidden talent?? LOL
Accountability- I have been spot on
Food plan for today-
Eggs and cottage cheese
Boars Head turkey roll ups
Not sure on dinner. My son wants me to make stromboli. I'm thinking burger in a bowl for me.
Have a great day everyone

OH MY GOODNESS did I laugh at your answer. I could be a gold medalist in that category.

Mornin' All!
one of my film groups meets over lunch today. We're going to a new (to us) place. It's one of those bar & grill places so there aren't many options for me (lots of fried stuff), but I'll find something. I also want to finish the book for my book discussion group on Monday and (as usual) try to get ahead on reading for my classes.
QOTD: finding people. There's a Facebook chat group of 10-15 of us from the first high school I went to. Whenever someone asks "I wonder whatever happened to...?", I'm usually the one who finds the person in question (well, pretty much always). I've done this in many other capacities, too. I think I told you guys this, but a few years ago I managed to find the birth mother of one of my friends who'd been adopted as an infant. One of these days I might get involved in one of the FB groups I belong to that finds birth families for adoptees.
B: plain skyr with fruit, coffee with half & half
MS: protein shake
L: we'll be at the bar & grill. Probably a burger (with the veggie burger option) or some kind of sandwich. A lot of those are pretty caloric too, though. Although they have a fancy grilled cheese one (with avocado and tomato slices) - I could eat half of it. I don't know - we'll see. Disappointed to see there's so few options for me, though :-(
AS: I doubt I'll need it after that lunch, but if so, Ratio yogurt or a protein muffin
D: I have pulled pork and homemade chicken noodle soup - so one of those (probably the pork if I'm low on protein by then)
have a great day, everyone!
These are all pictures that had already been uploaded to OH, so you've seen them all before, but this is me at or near my highest weight (c. 373 lbs), my lowest weight (c. 138 lbs), and at my current weight. "Current" photo is from last summer, but I weighed exactly the same when I weighed myself on Wednesday (165 lbs)
I agree with your prev comment about your weight, your lowest was too low.

yes - it was. I loved it at the time (except for buying clothes - necklines on a lot of tops were too low, and I looked awful in them. All those bones. I would have been embarrassed wearing them. It was weird being embarrassed and freaking out about how I looked in dressing rooms when I was too thin - when for years it was because I was too fat!).
We are our worst critics and never look at the big picture, always looking at small perceived imperfections.
I say this because I do it all the time.
