I had a larger team spread across the country (18-21 people) for many years. Now I have 3, and is still something I wish would be easier some days.

Good morning and yay we are at Wednesday!! Happy Hump Day Everyone!!

QOTD - no, I watched one or two episodes of my 600 lb life or whatever it was and I thought it was very exploitative, focused on misery/poverty porn. Here "we'll help you get surgery but we're going to put all your pain on bad habits (and occasionally your private parts but we'll put a black line across them) on display for other people's entertainment". Nope. Same with Cops, Hoarders, etc. TBH, this is why my reality tv viewing only cooking shows.

Just work today, my rowing today is a HIIT and cardio and then this evening I will do a pilates class on my reformer. Grim gave me grief last week about not being a good geek since I hadn'****ched Season 2 of Picard so I will be finishing up my last two episodes of that tonight.

menu today

coffee plus half and half X2

ever roast chicken on pita with cheddar and pickles

ratio yogurt

olive bites -- I swapped out my chicken bites for olive bites yesterday when I realized I still had a bag from last year and they were getting a little freezer burned, so I'll have the rest of them tonight.

Have a fantastic Wednesday everyone -- the weekend is just over the horizon.

I don't care for reality TV either as it is people at their worst behavior or sensationalized. But I do watch the HGTV home remodel, flipping houses, etc. Tiny House Nation.

Yes! I can't do reality TV where they make issues for ratings. I've made it through ones like GBBS, Forged In Fire, Blown Away and a few others but you even see competitors helping each other during competitions, not talking smack for ratings.

I have watched every single episode of My 600 Pound Life and think that Dr. Now is a saint on earth. But I have to agree with Jen that they do expose their poverty, disturbed lives, and addictive behaviors. I see those people as being hopeless and sometimes given a new life with the help of Dr. Now's program. I am sad for the ones that fail and so happy for the ones that lose 400 plus pounds, get skin surgery, and a chance to live a normal life.
