Good morning ~ Your adventure sounds lovely. Stay safe and warm! My ribs are still hurting but I'm not saying the f*** anymore! I've figured out how to move and what not to do for the most part. The heat and ice helped a lot, but I was also just sitting still all day yesterday. Today is back to work and I'm dreading the shower and getting ready portion of my day which is next... so much movement. Otherwise, I have a busy work day to distract me. I also have a dietician appt this afternoon at my WLC. I thought I cancelled it, but I guess not so I'll go.
QOTD -I remember drinking broth, pureeing everything like chili and veggie beef soup and eating refried beans. It was heaven compared to the shakes which I barely tolerated.
Accountability - 100%!
b- coffee x 3, egg bites
l - Mexican caulirice w/black beans and salsa
d- rotisserie chicken and salad
s- tomatoes, TJ's cheese bites
Have a great day!

Amy, I am so sorry to hear about your rib. That must be incredibly frustrating to be proactively doing something to improve pain add get an injury in return. Hopefully you keep on recovering and are down to saying "Poop" by the weekend.

Good Morning! Friday-Eve, we got this! JB- sounds like the day you needed, glad it worked out. Em's follow up with her cardiologist went well. The monitor did show that at times she does have a few extra beats which means she is more susceptible to have the issue again. So we have a med on hand that if it does happen she can take it and it should slow the rate in about 15 mins. Then if that doesn't do the trick she'd have to go to the ER. The cardiologist does not think she will continue to have issues though.
QOTD: yogurt was a staple for me and then I liked ricotta bake as soon as I could have it.
TSS: 8 years 4 months
B: SF latte, Fiber/protein oatmeal, turkey sausage, and an orange
L: Turkey and cheese sticks, carrots, light and fit yogurt and some fruit
S: P3 pack, a piece of fruit and yogurt
D: maybe eggs
ES: Greek yogurt and toast with carbmaster bread
E: PT at home and a walk on the treadmill
V/W: On track

Have a great one!

Glad the doctor doesn't think it will be an issue and that you have something you can do if it does reoccur! I find having a plan alleviates my anxiety about things like that.
