What's on your Monday Menu?
Good Morning! Nothing too exciting here over the weekend. I did errands, meal prep for John and just trying to prep for the week. I did get a pedicure, I feel like I need to keep up on them for right now since my physical therapist has to all up on my foot/ankle. I normally don't bother with a pedicure since my nails are such a mess from running so it does feel like a treat. John has pre-op stuff this morning and I have PT this afternoon so my schedule is a bit off today.

Sounds like you're almost ready! Hope everything goes smoothly. And nice! The occasional pedicure is an indulgent treat, at least in my book when hot rocks are involved.

Good morning, everybody!
QJB, if you have a specific question, you are welcome to message me and I can give it a shot. If its more of a lifestyle comment, then take comfort in knowing that you aren't alone.
I didn't have the super productive day yesterday that I was hoping for. Mostly jus****ched the football games. When Marilyn got back from tennis we went to this Greek Restaurant in our town. We split a couple of appetizers and an entree and they brought us a flaming cheese because it was Restaurant Week. Everything was excellent and I left without feeling like I was going to explode - always a plus.
Dessert was this pastry shell with custard in it. It's a really long name, which I cannot pronounce or remember, but it was so good. Nice and light, not too sweet, just yum.
QOTD: I am not sure that I understand this question, but suspect that I am #3.
Breakfast: Protein bar

Dinner: Salmon
Have a great day, all!

Well, it's both I guess, haha. I might message you and ask you to check my work on a spreadsheet I was assigned! I feel pretty confident about most of it but there are a few line items that are making my head spin! Thanks a million!
