I doubt FB would block you for that. They block for things like racist or other offensive comments, but not something like that. They probably flag posts that sound like the person might be at risk of hurting themselves and reach out to them to make sure they're OK. I can see why that comment might have alarmed someone - or set the algorithms (or whatever) off.

Made it to Friday! Yay! I'm glad you have the room to focus on your classes when you know they'll take so much time. I would totally take your cookie class, too!
QOTD - Yep! I call them when there are questions, too, and very much take advantage of both their nurse and dietician calls. Also learned that I have non-fasting appointments for 9 months and 18 months to talk to all the people. Somehow only the fasting schedule stuck in my head, so I don't move to yearly until two years.
So glad it's Friday. Work yesterday gave me some unwelcome news and I'm going through the stages of accepting it as a part of change management. It woke me up all night, too. The little lightning moments where you suddenly come to because of X thing. Yes, vague, but I soapbox enough. :)
Watched a bit of a Netflix series yesterday called Japanese Tales of the Macabre. Title...accurate. I do like weird but it's not something I'd watch before sleep because some of it is disturbing.
Anyway. Remote again today. Only one meeting since I do try and keep them off the books on Fridays for focus time.
Will add a picture when the button comes back up on my browser. OH doesn't seem to like mornings! Added. My carb list because I'm excited for it, and a notification I got from MFP earlier in the week. Woo!
Accountability- Good! I had crunchy roasted fava beans yesterday but they're allowed now with the carb plan. Was a quarter of a serving.
Exercise - Today I want to do some light weights on top of my recumbent bike. I haven't been as consistent with strength training and realized yesterday how much I've leveraged weight in the past as "strength", at least when it comes to the ability to bear down on things.

Ratio yogurt, tea x2 (talked to the nutritionist about it and he said I can have more tea but can't count it toward my hydration numbers. Okay!), roasted turkey breast with carrots and onions x2, a slice of keto bread with reduced fat cheese, protein oatmeal.

Weight as strength/leverage...there is truth to that. I remember the week I was knocked down the steps to the garage twice because I was so used to stopping the garage door from slamming with my butt...and then suddenly the door had enough momentum and leverage that won instead, lol
