I have that chick pea salad I still need to try. The beets gotta go, but I think I could find something to replace them - it just sounds fresh and yummy!

Jen
Julia,
The only experience I have here is with dogs. We had litter mate females who got along fabulously until they were 5 or 6. Then they started fighting ferociously. We were advised that at some point, litter mates, if they are the same sex need to establish dominancy and will fight until one capitulates. Sadly we had to rehome one of our girls as they were getting bit up and we were getting bit up trying to get in between them. She went to a friends house where we got to see her often.
I'm not sure that's helpful, but maybe something like kitty xanax will help one of them relax enough to let the other dominate? I'd check with your vet for sure.
Good luck.
It's Pre-Friday!
The cost of all groceries is crazy not just eggs and butter. It seems I can't leave the store without spending at least $100 for just a couple of bags of items. Baking can be expensive though. When I use to bake Christmas treats it was always surprising the cost of the ingredients.
QJB-so happy you got the tickets to CookieCon!! Congratulations.
QOTD: I have no idea how to solve your cat fighting brothers. As far as a problem I need solved. Better money management!! I need to read Your Money or Your Life or something similar. I look at way too many sales and end up buying things I don't "need"
Accountability: I ended up missing my yoga due to traffic issues. I was sure I left early enough but an accident on the freeway caused me to miss the start time. I did get my weights in though. Food wise, I was good except added on extra square of sf chocolate.

Your Money or Your Life will have you asking yourself this: would you rather have that item, or have enough money socked away that you can retire a little early? (or for some people these days, retire at all! (some people don't even have the option to retire - few people have pensions these days, and most people aren't putting enough into their 401K's to fund a long retirement - and Social Security will keep you from starving to death, but that's about it...very scary!))
Good morning all and Happy Thursday!
Everything is on track for my endoscopy tomorrow. I'm glad that I can devote the rest of my energy today on my scheduled appts / zooms.
