Yesterday was a day. A long day and I will leave it at that. With all the dayness of it, I had to cancel my personal trainer last minute but she was very gracious and we just moved my regular session to Friday; I did do a boxing workout (because punching workouts are much better than punching people) and a cardio pilates work out so that was good.
Today I had to move all my "working" meetings to the morning because we have 6 hours of business update meetings so another long day. I will get in one of the rowing/HIIT workouts before we start though and then I need to run to the library after work.
QOTD - nothing needs solving here.

Sorry about your no good very bad day. Are you sure that punching workouts are better than punching people? Have you tried? I feel more data is required, lol. Hope it gets better today!

It's possible but then I'm afraid I might like it too much!! I will stick to the pretend punching just in case
