What's on your Tuesday Menu?

Morning everyone! Ahh I got to sleep in the big bed last night and it was wonderful :) I also got sooooo much stuff done yesterday in cookie-land and I am super proud to say that my hard work is really paying off. I have been getting so many unexpected orders and it feels like things are finally pulling together as a real viable business. I mean, I am never going to make close to my old salary but I was thinking this year wouldn't really net any profit, but it's finally happening!
QOTD: When was the first time you considered WLS? I had a good college friend who had always been super heavy. She got the lap-band and lost a ton of weight. She looked fantastic and it was so inspiring. I went in for my first appointment not long after and got the band, too. We both got so sick afterwards--those bands were hell. I revised to RNY but she didn't, and she is back to her old weight.
I really failed with my menu last night. I swear that I really needed to clear out room in the freezer to make room for some cookie stuff, but I did not need to pull out the most unhealthy thing... I ended up eating Brazilian Cheese Bread for dinner. Also, Grim didn't like it, so I ate his, too. Oy.
B: egg bites
L: veggie burger

Good morning and happy Tuesday! I was able to hand walk the promotion for my team member through and called her last night and she was so happy, definitely worth the chaos day.
Today nothing too big going on, work with the town hall somewhere in the middle of it, and then I'm just doing elliptical today so an easy stroll. My trainer needed to meet tomorrow instead of today so nothing after work so that's nice.
QOTD - I never considered it before I signed up for the intro seminar that led to me joining my program so essentially the first time I thought about it, I had it...after completing all the requirements which took some time.
menu today
coffee plus half and half X 2
ham and cheddar roll up
cheesy chicken green chile
L&F greek
Have a great day everyone!

Good mornin everyone.
Man...what a miserable night I've had. I'm going to have to stop the pain medication as it's just making me insanely itchy and making me nauseous at times. Thank god the pain pump, when filled, will deliver the meds in a way that shouldn't make me itchy. The 25th seems so far away! Lord know I want these staples out too.
I will mention it again since I responded so late to yesterday's post. My A1c has dropped from 8% to 6.9% in a few months. So I'm super pleased with the progress there.
Not a lot planned for the day. We really need to go to Sam's. We might also just stay home. My mom is getting stir crazy. She's so much like her dad! Don't fence me in would be a great song for her soundtrack.
QOTD: I had thought about it for a few years but was totally out of reach financially. Then it was suggested by my PCP after getting approved for Medicaid.
I really need to work on a food menu and budget. My breakfast was a super super healthy corn dog.

Good morning everyone and happy Tuesday. I slept 10 hours last night. I had a massage yesterday afternoon and it wiped me out. I am headed to work soon. It's going to be a busy day, but a good day.
QOTD- I actually thought about WLS and had an appointment 10 years before I actually did it. I called and backed out. I kept telling myself that I could do it on my own. I started to research it more when my husband was deployed. I was on a liquid diet called Ideal Protein and spending lots of money. I knew I needed a more permanant solution. This journey has not been easy, but I would do it again in a heartbeat. It has changed my life. I am still not where I want to be, but I will get there.
Food was spot on yesterday. I really need to up my water intake. I am feeling puffy today. I am really focusing on upping my protein and logging everything.
Food-
Protein shake and cold brew
2 boiled eggs
Chop salad with turkey, ham, 1 slice of light swiss, pepperoncini, and olive garden light italian dressing
Roasted pork loin with spicy mustard
I will weigh and log everything as I eat it. Also, no wine last night! Weather looks dry this afternoon, so looking forward to a walk this evening.
