Good morning all and Happy Friday,
I've missed everyone. My schedule changed and I wasn't able to post in the morning. Eating well has definitely been more challenging without the accountability of regularly posting. I've definitely had a trying time since I last posted. I hope everyone had a good holiday season and this year has started well.
I had a last minute, urgent podiatrist appt yesterday. I ended up with my big toe bandaged for the next day and unable to wear a regular shoe.
I'm looking forward to a low key weekend.
QOTD - My nickname was Kess which is just my last name shortened. Old friends still call me that. AA good friends call me Matty, which I didn't like but stopped correcting people and have accepted. I didn't like Matty because my grandma used to call me that when I was little and misbehaved.

HW: 371 SW(8/9/21): 324 CW: 215. 0 lbs til goal of skin reduction surgery. I'm still looking for a new plastic surgeon.

We have been missing you so bad and glad you are back. It would be nice if you friended someone on Facebook or something in case you go away again so we can just check in. Many well wishes and prayers were sent out in your behalf. We were all worried. So glad your well.
