Wow that meme is so true. I saw another true statement yesterday that used brain cells I probably could have used somewhere else. It said, "You can never buy and unused mirror."
I have terrible pains running down my neck into my shoulder today. I am guessing it is another pinched nerve. I took a half of a pain pill. I hope it gets me through work today.
When I left for work Ron was not awake yet and he has not texted me. I am a little concerned. I didn't want to wake him he has such a hard time sleeping but he is not responding to my txt or calls. I will have the neighbor check on him in a bit. OK he finally answered. He had a bad night of sleeping and only fell to sleep at 5. Just glad he is ok.

Water and Vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. I also use Miralax and fiber in my first coffee of the day.
