Hello am new to group 57 years oldu HW 230 and SW 204 CW 198 surgery December 21,2022 why is so hard get fluid down?

It is because of swelling from the surgery. Keep taking small sips so you do not get dehydrated. It does get better. Most of the time I can drink a full glass of water, but sometimes I still have to sip and my RNY was in 2007.
